I hadn’t used the Canon flash with the TL-120 before, the internet told me that it put out twice as much light as the Vivitar 285H and it worked well using the settings I was accustomed to divided by two.

It wasn’t possible to shoot a hyper of the view here so I wanted to figure out some way to get an interesting stereoscopic image, fortunately it was possible to get the foreground and background to both expose well. The flash froze a few ghosts within the blur.

This shot is from 2000, I took it with my carefully adjusted Sputnik with a Vivitar 285H fill flash on a tripod. Probably 8 seconds at f16. This is an example of the terrific results the Sputnik can produce, this is one of my all time favorite slides.
